The Day It All Makes Sense is a private, six-hour experience designed to help you understand, simplify and confidently enjoy the technology already in your home.
Your experience lasts six scheduled hours. We begin by understanding how you live, touring the home and agreeing on the two or three experiences that matter most. The scheduled start and end times are firm. The final portion of the day is reserved for teaching, Fulton Home Coach setup, membership decisions and your Confidence Handoff.
We will make meaningful progress on the priorities we select together. The experience is not an unlimited service call and does not guarantee that every room, system, account or device will be repaired, reset or configured during the visit. Account recovery, forgotten passwords, authentication, aging equipment, undocumented installations, network conditions and third-party services can affect what is possible within six hours.
The experience is most valuable when the people who use the home participate. At least one authorized account owner must be available for credential recovery, verification requests and decisions affecting equipment or services. We will demonstrate what we improve and ask you to perform the same experiences yourself. Our goal is confidence—not technology that works only while we are present.
Do not send us passwords, security codes, financial information, door codes or alarm codes. Credential recovery is completed with you present. Passwords remain under your control and should be stored in your approved password manager. Fulton Home Coach does not store passwords, payment-card details, authentication codes or unnecessary personal information.
Some work may require account transfers, software updates or factory resets. We will explain material risks and obtain your authorization before making a potentially disruptive change. Equipment condition, manufacturer support, internet availability and third-party account policies are outside Fulton Group’s control. We cannot guarantee that obsolete, damaged, unsupported or improperly installed equipment can be restored during the experience.
We may photograph equipment, model numbers, controls, wiring, labels and limited room context to create your private technical record. We avoid intentionally capturing people, credentials, security information and unrelated household contents. These photographs support your private Fulton Home Coach and service continuity. They will not be used publicly or for marketing without separate written permission.
Your experience includes your first 90 days of Fulton Home Coach access. Continued membership is optional and requires affirmative enrollment. The renewal amount and first billing date will be shown before you enroll.
If your home needs additional resets, device reconnection, network work, repair or other hands-on continuation, we will document the recommended scope. Only active Fulton Home Coach members may request prepaid hourly on-site support. Additional visits are separately scoped, scheduled and paid. They are performed by a Fulton Group support specialist—not Wade. Membership provides access to request support; it does not include technician labor or guarantee immediate appointment availability.
Wade’s personal engagement concludes at the scheduled end of The Day It All Makes Sense. Afterward, Fulton Home Coach becomes your first place to turn for guidance. When hands-on expertise is appropriate, active members may request a support specialist through the web app.
The $1,500 experience is paid in full when reserved. The booking, rescheduling, cancellation and payment terms displayed at checkout are incorporated into this agreement.
